1. Elementary or junior high school students and their guardians (high school students or older. Families of up to 4 elementary or junior high school students and their guardians (high school student or older/not necessarily a parent) may apply.

Please access “Himeji City Online Procedures Portal Site” via the link below and fill in the necessary information on the “Le Pont International Music Festival 2025 Family Ticket Application Form” to apply.

1. Advance tickets are available for those who have an address in Himeji City.
2. Applications are limited to two per person per performance (both Himeji residents), and will be considered invalid if multiple ticket applications are received.
3. Applications must be submitted electronically (via the Internet). Please access “Himeji City Online Procedures Portal Site” and fill in the necessary information on the “Le Pont International Music Festival 2025 Himeji Resident’s Advanced Tickets Application Form” to apply.
4. If there are too many applications, a lottery will be held and the results of the lottery will be notified by e-mail.
5. If you are selected, you are required to purchase tickets at the counter of Himeji Caspa Hall or Parnassus Hall. Please note, however, that this is only during the period from Monday, August 4 to Monday, August 18.
